Therapy for Growth and Healing
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about creating space to heal, grow, and reconnect with who you are, especially in a world that hasn’t always made that easy. Whether you're dealing with old wounds, relationship struggles, or the weight of navigating life as a marginalized person, you deserve support that sees the full picture.
Support for Identity, Trauma, & Relationships
You might be navigating big transitions, carrying trauma that’s hard to name, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your relationships. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and start to feel more like yourself again.
I’m Jane Diep (they/she), a queer, second-generation Asian American therapist offering virtual therapy across California. I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients—individuals and couples—who want to deepen self-awareness, heal relationship patterns, and reconnect with what matters most to them.
My work is grounded in care, accountability, and a belief that healing doesn’t have to happen alone. Learn more about my approach here.
Services
Individual Therapy
A supportive space to explore your identity, heal from past experiences, and build a more intentional relationship with yourself. I work with clients navigating trauma, identity shifts, stress, and self-doubt—always with a focus on curiosity, compassion, and lasting change.
Relationship Therapy
For partners wanting to strengthen connection, improve communication, and work through challenges with care—affirming of LGBTQIA+, ENM, and kink identities. I also offer premarital and discernment counseling for couples navigating transitions or uncertainty.
EMDR Intensives
EMDR intensives offer a more focused and accelerated approach to trauma work or stuck patterns. Sessions are provided more frequently and/or for a longer duration, based on what best supports your process.
Presentations & Trainings
I offer virtual workshops and presentations for organizations, schools, and community groups on topics including intimate partner violence (IPV), trauma-informed care, and trans-affirming mental health practices. My facilitation style is engaging, grounded, and rooted in both clinical expertise and lived experience.
