Therapy for Growth and Healing

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about creating space to heal, grow, and reconnect with who you are, especially in a world that hasn’t always made that easy. Whether you're dealing with old wounds, relationship struggles, or the weight of navigating life as a marginalized person, you deserve support that sees the full picture.

My Approach

My work is grounded in care, accountability, and a deep trust in your ability to grow. I work with individuals and couples who are ready to deepen their self-awareness, strengthen their relationships, and tap into their resilience. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on emotional healing, with a deep respect for your lived experience.

I integrate EMDR, mindfulness, and relational approaches to help you process your experiences in a way that feels safe and meaningful. Therapy should honor the struggles that come from living in a complex world—and I strive to offer a space that holds that truth with care. Learn more about my approach here.

I currently see clients remotely as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, #154493. Read more about who I am here.
