Therapy for Growth and Healing

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about creating space to heal, grow, and reconnect with who you are, especially in a world that hasn’t always made that easy. Whether you're dealing with old wounds, relationship struggles, or the weight of navigating life as a marginalized person, you deserve support that sees the full picture.

Support for Identity, Trauma, & Relationships

You might be navigating big transitions, carrying trauma that’s hard to name, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your relationships. Perhaps you’ve done therapy before and can talk about your feelings, yet the same patterns around attachment, shame, or self-doubt keep showing up. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to feel more like yourself again.

I’m Jane Diep (they/she), a queer, second-generation Asian American therapist offering virtual therapy across California. I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, children of immigrants navigating trauma, and interracial couples. Many of my clients are seeking deeper self-awareness, relief from painful relationship patterns, and a life that feels more aligned with their values.

My work is grounded in care, accountability, and the belief that healing doesn’t have to happen alone. You can learn more about my approach here.

Individual Therapy

A supportive space to explore your identity, heal from past experiences, and build a more intentional relationship with yourself. I work with clients navigating trauma, identity shifts, and self-esteem related issues, many of whom describe me as a grounding figure who can validate them with warmth, while also challenging them to break out of their patterns.

For partners wanting to deepen intimacy, improve communication, and work through challenges with care. I work with LGBTQIA+ folks, interracial relationships, and those in the BDSM & kink community. I also offer premarital and discernment counseling for couples navigating transitions or uncertainty.

EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps your brain process difficult experiences that may still be affecting you, even years later. It can be especially helpful if you’ve done talk therapy before but still feel stuck, or if you tend to hold trauma in your body and find it hard to put feelings into words. We’ll work with how trauma lives in your nervous system and in different parts of you so you can feel change embodied.

Presentations & Trainings

I offer virtual workshops and presentations for organizations, schools, and community groups on topics including intimate partner violence (IPV), trauma-informed care, and trans-affirming mental health practices. My facilitation style is engaging, grounded, and rooted in both clinical expertise and lived experience.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
