Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?
At this time, I only offer virtual sessions to clients located in CA.
What are your rates?
My rate is $200 for individuals and $225 for couples/partners. I offer sliding scale options for those with financial need.
Do you take insurance?
I am not currently paneled with insurance providers, but I can provide superbills for potential reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.
What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brings you in, what you're hoping for from therapy, and any questions you have. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Therapy can be helpful for anyone wanting support, space to reflect, or tools to navigate life more intentionally. You don’t need to be in crisis—many people start therapy when they’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or wanting change.
What is EMDR and is it right for me?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a research-backed therapy used to help people process distressing memories, trauma, and stuck patterns. It doesn’t require you to talk in detail about everything you've been through. Instead, it helps your brain process those experiences in a more adaptive way. We’ll talk together about whether EMDR is a good fit for your goals.
